Coooookies

I made chocolate chip walnut cookies today!
White and brown sugar.

Egg, butter.

Evoo because I think using ordinary vegetable oil is...  Kinda gross.

And vanilla essence too!

Hand-broken walnuts, learned from Joyce!So that there won't be as much walnut "dust" if I had smashed it with a pestle and mortar instead.

Semi-sweet Hershey's chocolate chips.

Cookie dough!

Lay them out on trays,

And after 15-20 minutes, they're done!
(Yes, I burned some because I was distracted watching Clone Wars.  D: )

Laying them out to cool down and become crispy!



I didn't realise I had made so much so I ended up delivering some to Jamie, Lam and Novia!
