Thyme & Lemon Steak

Made Thyme-Lemon steak yesterday for dinner with Daddy!

Garlic, lemon juice & zest, fresh thyme, olive oil, pepper and salt.

Nice and red!

Learned the recipe from Nigella! The key is to marinade the meat after it's cooked.Quite queer and out-of-the-ordinary, but it actually worked quite well.  (:
