If you've ever loved somebody put your hands up
Haven't been blogging because there's honestly nothing to blog about when all I do is work, and I don't have a camera around...
Maybe I should bring it one day, hmm...
Work's been fine!
Tiring though, especially when I do full days from 11 to 11.
Full days tomorrow til Friday, so do come visit!!
And you have to try the grape yogurt with the plain mochi!!!!

Went to bowl and play pool with some of the climbers today!
And I hit my first bowling pin today of my life omg SO HAPPY!
We were supposed to climb, obviously, but someone (coughMOSES) didn't realise that Yishun SAFRA's climbing centre isn't opened on Mondays...
So yeah since we were there we might as well!
Took a couple of photos but I can only post them tomorrow because my Internet curfew (no kidding) expired five minutes ago, zzz...
And I just re-dyed my hair (red) again on Saturday so it's damn bright now again hahahaha fierce.
Throat's been giving me problems again lately.
I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY VOICE AGAIN NOOOOOO OMG MOST INCONVENIENT THING IN DA WORLD!!

So yup, brief update on life.

Countdown to 2011
Countdown was pretty simple this year!
Nick and I planned on going tenting but our schedules were waaay too tight to get a tent so we settled for a ground sheet and a blanket hahahaha but it was still fine!

We weren't even planning on seeing the fireworks lol.
I personally think it's overrated leh...
Like it's totally not worth pushing through the crowd before, during and after.
Hmmm...
But yup we had a nice quiet night counting down!
K la not very quiet because there was this huge group of Bangladeshi workers counting down next to us hahahaha they were damn cute and excited k!
Like 10 minutes before midnight they already started screaming and whistling hahaha.
Sooo funny to watch hahahaha.
But they drove another couple away, oh well.
Should have taken a photo of them dancing about!

Standard picnic food hahahaha hmm I haven't gone for a picnic for a very long time already actually...
Green tea (in Seth's words) in a limited edition bottle!
Don't really see how it's limited edition when there're cartons and cartons of it being sold in Cold Storage though...

Famous Amos Butterscotch Pecan cookies oooomg my absolute favvvvourite cookie in the whole wide world.
& Nick finally found a way to soften the flash hahahaha by tying the cookie plastic bag around it hahahaha so this was a test shot.
My complexion looks so ghostly!

And to our surprise (really), the ships all gave out a loud horn and shot flares into the air at midnight!
We really weren't expecting them yknow hahaha but apparently everyone on the beach was there to watch them heh we a bit slow ah soz.
They were soooo pretty!!!
And honestly I think they're so much more special to watch lor...
Can you imagine all the seamen who can't spend new years with their family?
This is like the only thing they can do!

Alright I'm quite frustrated now because I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday (yay!) BUT IT CAN'T SYNC WITH MY ITUNES WAHLAOOOOO SO ANNOYING.
Seth's iTouch can't sync either!
Spent two whole hours calling Apple yesterday trying to figure it out and talked to 3 different people and none of them could help me.
):
And I thought India's outsourced telecomm services were supposed to be damn zai...
AIYA.
But I think it's my comp's problem because it can sync with dad's comp's iTunes!
GAAAAH
K ranting sorry.
Alright lunch timeeee of maggi mee because I'm too lazy to get my hair out of its uneven buns and go down and buy something proper heh.

Kreezmaas
Christmas 2010 was quite crazy k there were like a million things to do!!
Church, Chiam gathering, work, deco cookies, Homies gathering!!
But enjoyable nonetheless, excluding the part I lost consciousness from exhaustion at Charmaine's place...
But anywayy!
I love Christmas!!
Gives me an excuse to bake for people hehehe and this was the first Christmas where I tried to use royal icing instead of buttercream/fondant!

K photossss from decorating cookies (which I baked!) and beyonddd.
Cookie!
Didn't have time to buy those disposable piping bags so I settled for those lauya clear bags which actually worked quite fine!
Nick being bored. (:

Quite sian that I didn't take a photo of them when they were all nice and packed though...
I hung tiny baubles too!

At Charmaine's place, where Mark & Chermain were arguing about boob size I think...

Must've been damn crowded!
Nick and I couldn't even get into Phuture on NYE/NY when we went at like 1 plus because it was so packed.
Nvm, I prefer Jook nonetheless.
